These are my favourite blissballs. Perfect to take away, to surprise friends, as a snack or as nicecream/ oatmeal topping.
- 12 dried dates
- 2tbsp quick oats
- 1tbsp shredded coconut
- 1tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
- 2tsp cacao powder
- some cinnamon and vanilla
- Put everything in your highspeed blender or food processor and blend on highspeed
- Form the balls and roll them in shredded coconut or cacaopowder or just eat them plain. But I recommend coating them with something if you want to take them away or store them that they don’t stick together.
