Carrot-Chickpea Pasta Sauce

A creamy, protein-rich pasta sauce! Super simple and a must-try for all chickpea lovers out there 😉


  • 4-5 carrots
  • 200g chickpeas
  • 50g avocado
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. Grate the carrots or cut them into small pieces (to save cooking time) and cook them with a little bit of water until they are soft (5-10 minutes)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything with a handheld blender
  3. Ready to serve with your pasta 🙂
