Ingredients
- 4-5 carrots
- 200g chickpeas
- 50g avocado
- 200ml oat milk
- 2tbsp nutritional yeast
Directions
- Grate the carrots or cut them into small pieces (to save cooking time) and cook them with a little bit of water until they are soft (5-10 minutes)
