Healthy Ketchup

The word ‘ketchup’ sounds super unhealthy and like lots of sugar, right? But it really doesn’t have to be! You can create your own healthy version with just a few ingredients and adjust it to your own taste. Here is how I like my ketchup:


  • 500g tomato passata (100% tomatoes)
  • 5 deglet noor dates
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tsp curry powder (not spicy)
  • 2tsp dried oregano
  • a little bit of salt
